How long does a subscription give me access to the training content?
A subscription to Selling Skills gives you unlimited 24/7 access to the training material for 12 months, after which you will have the option to re-subscribe for another 12 months.
What happens when my subscription expires?
After 12 months your subscription will expire, meaning that you will no longer have access to the training videos, additional resources and community forum. You will have the option to re-subscribe, which will extend your account and access to the training content for another 12 months.
What device will I need to use to access the training content?
Our website can be accessed on most desktop and PCs, as well as most mobile and tablets. You must be connected to the internet to view the training material.
Can I download the video chapters once I have subscribed?
The training videos are not available to download and must only be viewed within the Selling Skills website. Once you have subscribed to Selling Skills, you will have unlimited access to all the training content for 12 months.
Has the training content been produced by experts?
Selling Skills has been written and developed by sales experts, with many years experience in improving individuals across all sectors.
Will I have access to my trainer?
Subscribers who have a query about something they have viewed in the training content, can contact their trainer. Before contacting the trainer, subscribers should re-watch the video chapter, read the supporting material for the chapter and look in the community forum. If these actions do not answer your query then subscribers can select 'contact us' to contact the trainer.
How much does this course cost?
A 12 months subscription to Selling Skills costs £180 (ex VAT) for unlimited access to the training content during this period. When your 12 month subscription expires you will have the option of re-subscribing for another 12 months with a 50% reduction in the subscription fee.
What is the difference between a "single user" and a "multiple user"?
A single user is someone wanting to purchase just one subscription to the course, whether they are a business user or just an individual. A single user gets access to a learner dashboard, click here to learn more about this.
A multiple user is someone wanting to purchase more than one subscription. This user will become an administrator for the subscriptions they have purchased and can distribute redemption codes to the individuals they have purchased a subscription for. This administrator then gets access to a group dashboard, which shows how the group of subscriptions are progressing on the course. Click here for more information on the group dashboard.
Can I make a public presentation of the training content on this site?
Public presentation breaches contract terms with Three Minute Trainer Ltd in all cases, unless all attendees have individual licenses for the suite presented or special dispensation has been agreed with Three Minute Trainer.
Can I share my log in with others?
Every viewer of the Selling Skills course should have purchased a license otherwise you will be in breach of our terms and conditions. If you share your log in with another individual and they log in via your account, our systems will pick up multiple log ins, and you will risk having your subscription blocked.
Will I need internet connection to access the videos?
All ‘Three Minute Trainer’ video content has been captured and developed using High Definition technology, offering you the best possible V-Learning experience.
To ensure that high quality content is delivered as smoothly as possible to your PC, tablet or smartphone, we stream content at variable rates. The stream you receive will be decided automatically by the device you are using and the strength of your internet connection.
Whilst all Three Minute Trainer content is designed to be available to learners accessing videos across all types of internet connection (including 3G & 4G), we would always recommend WI-FI for increased viewing pleasure and video performance. You should also note that watching video on your mobile device will make use of your data allowance and care should be taken to monitor usage, to avoid additional data charges.
If in the event of watching video across your mobile (ie 3G) connection, you experience ‘buffering issues’ (delays in video playback), you should pause the video and wait for a few moments whilst the video ‘buffers’ and then you should be able to play the video smoothly.
In the unlikely event that you experience any other playback issues, please contact a member of our technical support team.
